TD: MRS.

REAL TALK

Each set is as much a character as our cast. Every spot will have a consistent look: a set within a set. Whether it’s the hedge or the tow truck, the driving simulator or the bumper car, the ‘situation’ set will look real from one angle only, framing it tightly so it fills the screen.

The transition from one set to the other is crucial increating our cohesive look to tie the campaign together. Our camera dollies back and pans to follow our spokesperson revealing the ‘Real Talk’ set, the iconic TD chair and a large TD  logo suspended in the air.

Between home, auto, and life, I’m a little over whelmed. Each individual policy is so many pages it’s ridiculous. To tell you the truth, I really don’t know what I’m insured for. My broker walks me through the basics and I nod like I understand him. I pay what seems like a large monthly premium and pray I never have to make a claim. And I’m pretty sure I’m not alone. That’s why ‘Mr./Ms. Real’ just makes sense.

It’s an industry all about the fine print, and that can be confusing to the average consumer. We need to talk to them with clear and simple messaging, without making assumptions or being condescending. As a consumer, I welcome the advice guy.
